OUR JOURNEY

Developed by NEO Retail Solutions, ShelfLink was born from a vision to drive Operational Excellence and improve margins across the retail sector.  With experience gained in Germany, Italy, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand and South Africa, the one common element that kept showing itself, was that profit is not made at the check-out - it is made on the floor, by engaged and accountable teams.

Seeing the impact ShelfLink is having in retail inspired us to expand into industries where staff often set their own pace and miss targets. Performance is slipping - not due to lack of skill, but because it's not being properly monitored.  The space we are active in is Retail, Coffee Houses and Lifestyle Estates.

​I am passionate about transforming businesses through smart, scalable, and intuitive technology.  In many industries, the absence of effective systems, lack of staff accountability and initiative leave companies frustrated - often at a financial cost.

 

Without structured workflows, clear accountability and real-time visibility, inefficiencies are overlooked and valuable opportunities slip through the cracks. My focus is on building solutions that deliver clarity, control, and measurable impact where it’s needed most.
