Our Mission:

We want to occupy as much retail real estate as possible across multiple chains solving the problem of high shrinkage and low sales of premium FMCG products, such as infant formula, shaving blades, medication, sexual wellbeing and expensive face creams. The same platform will be used to provide a range of other convenience solutions.

NEO Founders:

We have more than 15 years of experience conceptualizing, designing, building, selling and supporting automated retail technology solutions in South Africa and overseas markets such as Germany, Italy, New Zealand, and South Korea. NEO will provide solutions for the local market while offering market leading export solutions to Retailers around the world.

All are foremost technology developers and suppliers of customised enterprise software solutions for the Retail, Supply Chain, Fleet industries as well as a comprehensive IoT framework that enables local enterprises to integrate, manage and optimise their growing IoT ecosystems.

The company’s founders have long standing strategic relationships with different Developers and Suppliers that reach back 10 years, all of which have been involved in previous automated solutions. Amongst the Partners are companies that have variously engineered dispensing solutions, weapons systems, Agri-tech advances, wildlife monitoring and bespoke engineered commercial solutions. The assembled companies share arguably more automated retail experience than any other South African company.
